About Our Laptops
We sell both. Refurbished laptops have had a previous owner: we test them component by component, wipe and reinstall them, grade their condition and cover them with a 12-month warranty. Brand-new laptops are unused. Every listing says which it is.
Grades describe cosmetic condition only: Grade A (excellent), Grade B (good) or Grade C (fair). Every grade works 100%. See the Grading Guide.
Every laptop ships with at least 80% battery health. Listings show the exact health, cycle count and measured runtime. See our Battery Standard.
Each listing says whether the laptop is Windows 11 eligible, runs Windows 11 on a processor that isn't on Microsoft's supported list, or is a Mac. Free consumer security updates for Windows 10 end on 12 October 2027.
Yes. Photos show the unit you'll receive unless the listing says otherwise. Ask us if you'd like more photos or a live video.
Warranty & Returns
12 months on every computer, starting on delivery. It registers automatically: see it under My Account > Warranties.
Yes. If the battery stops charging, won't hold a charge or swells, we fix or replace it.
Yes, within 14 days of delivery, in the same condition with its charger and accessories, and signed out of your accounts. See Returns & Refunds.
Any fault in the first 6 months is fixed, replaced or refunded. That's our 6-month fault promise, based on Singapore's Lemon Law.
Message us or email info@laptopsharks.sg with your order number and a photo or video of the problem. For repairs, we arrange courier pickup and return in Singapore.
Payment & Delivery
Browse the shop, add to cart and check out. Your order is secured once payment is made.
Free next-day delivery (2pm–6pm, weekdays, excluding public holidays) on orders over S$50. Same-day delivery is S$20: message us first. Built-to-order PCs show their lead time on the listing.
Yes. Choose Atome (3 interest-free payments) or Grab at checkout. We still send your laptop as soon as your order is secured.
PayNow (to our company UEN 202217721G only), Atome, Grab, and Visa or Mastercard. We never ask you to pay a personal number.
